من شاشة المضيف افتح الإعدادات ← الحساب والمساعدة ← حذف الحساب، ثم أكّد الحذف. على الجوال يمكنك فتح شاشة المضيف من إعدادات اللاعب.
أرسل طلب حذف حساب مجلس إلى support@playmajlis.com من بريد الحساب. سنؤكد ملكيتك قبل تنفيذ الطلب. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو بيانات البطاقة. ويمكن للاعبين طلب حذف ملاحظاتهم وبيانات التواصل من العنوان نفسه.
يُحذف حسابك في مجلس وClerk وأسئلتك المخصصة ورصيدك وسجل المشتريات المرتبط بالحساب. قد تبقى سجلات سلامة محدودة ومعرّفات دفع مجزأة وغير مرتبطة بحساب لمنع الاحتيال ومنح الرصيد مرتين. تحتفظ جهات الدفع بسجلاتها وفق سياساتها. راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
حذف الحساب أو التطبيق لا يلغي اشتراك Google Play أو Apple. أوقف التجديد من Google Play أو Apple قبل الحذف.
On the host screen, open Settings → Account and help → Delete account, then confirm. On phones, hosting is available from player Settings.
Email support@playmajlis.com from your account email. We verify ownership before deleting it. Never send passwords or card details. Players can also request deletion of feedback and contact details.
Your Majlis and Clerk account, custom questions, credits and linked purchase history are removed. Limited safety records and unlinked payment digests may remain to prevent fraud and duplicate grants. Payment providers retain their records under their own policies. See our privacy policy.
Deleting your account or uninstalling does not cancel Google Play or Apple subscriptions. Cancel renewal in Google Play or Apple before deleting your account.
